Gan Chok Ser (Mr)

He has over 20 years practical working experience in air conditioning system service maintenance, commissioning, upgrading and trouble shooting of chiller system especially Dunham-Bush chillers.

Mr Gan has working with Dunham-Bush (a major air conditioning equipment provider) for the pass 16 years prior he setting up Cooling Innovation Sdn Bhd.

Mr. Gan has start his air conditioning carrier in year 1989 after he complete his Certificate in Air conditioning and Refrigeration from Polytechnic Ungku Omar, Ipoh by joining Carrier Singapore as a field service technician for a duration of 2 years.

He has joint Dunham-Bush Malaysia Berhad as a Service Engineer after he completes his study from University Technology Malaysia. During his service with Dunham-Bush he has undergone an intensive training in Refrigerant and Air-conditioning Equipment training at Dunham-Bush factories in Harrisonburg, Virginia USA and Data Aire Inc USA in the year 1995.

In 2004, he was promoted to General Manager of Dunham-Bush Industries Sdn Bhd and Dunham-Bush Parts & Services Sdn Bhd. ( Both company are 100% owned subsidiary of Dunham-Bush (M) Berhad).

In Dunham-Bush Industries Sdn Bhd, he is assisting Senior General Manager to handle daily warranty claims, Chiller final test and witness test, troubleshoot, repair all range of commercial and industrial chillers in both local and oversea projects and provide after sales technical support.

While in Dunham-Bush Parts & Services Sdn Bhd (a company providing spare parts sales, servicing and maintenance for Dunham-Bush products). He is responsible for a team consisting a Deputy General Manager, Managers, Asst. Manager, Service Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians. The major activities of the company are preventive maintenance, repair and part replacement, retrofitting, equipment technical training, Spare part sales for Dunham-Bush products.

In year 2010 Mr. Gan has setting up his own Servicing Company named COOLING INNOVATION SDN. BHD. Which offering services in the fields of mechanical systems design, supply, installation, retrofitting, trouble shooting, service, maintenance of Air conditioning system and related services.

He was an Advisory Committee Penal for Mara to review and improve the course contain Air Conditioning course conducted in Institute Kemahiran Mara (IKM).

He was a member of Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia ( CIDB) to develop Course of Study (COS) in ACMV-piping & Ducting since year 2006.
